Jembatan Emas, also known as Baturusa 2 Bridge, is a bridge on the border between Bangka Regency and Pangkalpinang City. Jembatan Mas spans the Baturusa River estuary, where it meets the South China Sea, which is used by ships docking at Pangkal Balam Port.

One of its primary applications is the road lift-and-cover system, where hydraulic power is used to generate high pressure that drives machine components, such as cylinders, to facilitate mobile road access for the Bangka community while minimizing disruption to the Bangka economy along the sea route.

Focusing on Hydraulic Equipment, System Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Services, Artha Jaya Intinusa supports the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government in improving mobility for the Bangka Belitung community by providing an alternative route between Pangkal Pinang and Depati Amir Airport, as well as connecting the river via the eastern crossing route.

From a tourism perspective, the Jembatan Emas has become a new icon for the Pangkal Pinang and Bangka Belitung regions. From the bridge, you can enjoy views of the surrounding coastline: the South China Sea, Kuala Beach, Pangkal Balam Port, the Anyir Hydroelectric Power Plant, and the Ketapang Fish Farm.

Design and Uniqueness

• This bridge combines a cable-stayed design with a bascule bridge system.
