As you have already been informed, Hengst Filtration GmbH has acquired Bosch Rexroth’s filtration business, including the production site in Ketsch and its workforce, on 1 April 2021.

The high-quality filtration products previously branded Bosch Rexroth and manufactured at the Ketsch site, are now under the management of Hengst Filtration GmbH. This, combined with the filtration expertise of Hengst will offer you optimum solutions and developments for your filtration requirements in the field of hydraulics and lubricating oil tech-nology.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, Hengst will retain the material numbers and material descriptions with which you are accustomed to. The only change would be the Hengst branding which has already been in implementation since 1 April 2021. In a strategic move to reinforce its global expertise in industrial filtration solutions; Hengst Filtration has acquired the hydraulic filtration division of Bosch Rexroth AG.

Besides that This global acquisition signalled Hengst’s commitment to strengthening its presence and improving the customer experience

Hengst to ensure a smooth and seamless transition so existing customers of Rexroth filtration division felt no disruption of service, but felt the enhanced capabilities and resources by being backed by a global specialist in filtration solutions.
